Kombi Koala

Meet Kombi the Koala. Unlike Kombi’s friend Kanga the Kangaroo, who loves to bounce around all day, Kombi prefers a quiet life, hanging about in gum trees all day, munching on yummy eucalyptus leaves.

The koala can be found in coastal regions of eastern and southern Australia, and as far north as the southern part of Cape York Peninsula. Although the koala is not a bear, when first adopted by English speakers, the name koala Bear became popular, due to its similarities to the “Teddy Bear”. So it makes sense that Kombi’s other favourite thing to do besides eating and sleeping, is giving you big warm cuddly hugs.
